Auxiliary Board
The auxiliary/services board is responsible
for the promotion and support of the auxiliary and service groups affiliated
with St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church and the recommendation, to the church
council, of appropriate policies relating to these groups
Parish auxiliaries include volunteer
coordination for Lutherans
for Life, St. Paul Mission Society, and the Ladies of St. Paul,
as well as oversight of the fund for the needy.
Area auxiliaries that the board shall promote and support include:
Camp Phillip
Chapel of the Air
Wisconsin Lutheran Institutional Ministries
The board also has the responsibility
for identifying and assigning a delegate to the biennial convention
of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod as well as the biennial
convention of the Western Wisconsin District of the Wisconsin Evangelical
Lutheran Synod along with the selection of a WELS representative. The
congregational archivist is selected by and is responsible to this board.
The secretary of the congregation acts
as the chairman of the Auxiliary/Services Board.
