Voters' Meetings

Regular Congregation Voters’ meetings are held at, or shortly following, the beginning of each quarter of the calendar year.  The regular January meeting is designated as the annual meeting.

The church council sets the exact date, time and place of the meetings, unless otherwise specified by the congregation.  Announcement of the meetings is given in print and/or orally on at least two different dates prior to the time of the meeting.
