Personnel Board

The personnel board is responsible for activities of committees that oversee the care of the called and hired workers of the congregation.

The board oversees the personal care of the called and hired workers of the church and school, including salary and benefit recommendations, performance evaluations, and other needs assigned by the church council.  Called workers include the pastoral staff, the staff minister, and the principal and teachers of the Lutheran Elementary School.  Hired staff includes individuals such as the cook staff at the school and secretaries and custodial staff for both the church and school.

The board is responsible for practices, legal issues, and record keeping related to the called and hired workers and volunteers of the congregation.

The board consists of three elected voting members of the congregation.  The current board members are:
